We want you to love your By the Samba items. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong product or size.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items or items purchased with discount codes.
• Custom or made-to-order items.
• Due to our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g. size changes, changed mind).

Return Process

• Email us at bythesamba@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll provide return instructions if your item qualifies.
• Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
